We provide you with concept drawings and 3D renders so you can envision your final product along with a preliminary budget for the project.
STEP THREE
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Once finalized, the team provides full construction drawings, ready for permit submission and we can then finalize the contract.
STEP FOUR
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Our agreement is signed, and a date is set to break ground. At this point, the permit application is processed.

BEHIND THE BRAND
Will Pottruff (President of Pottruff Contracting) began his career in construction as a residential framer over 13 years ago after realizing his passion for the carpentry trade. In early 2021, Will then went on to pour his knowledge and expertise into his own company. Since then, the growing team at Pottruff Contracting has completed countless projects, leaving homeowners inspired and thrilled with their new and improved spaces. In such a saturated market, the team sees the importance in bringing quality and a personal touch to their customers, without taking any shortcuts. Over the years, Will and his teams’ approach to construction has allowed them to stand out and be bold. With their expertise in framing, Will and the team have also ventured into full design build projects.
